Shipping and Returns policy

Shipping

We currently offer free UK shipping on orders over £30. For orders below this price, our standard shipping rates will apply. 

We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible but it may take postage companies between 2-5 days to deliver your item. Please contact us if you haven't received your products after 9 days of ordering.

International deliveries: Please note that you may be subject to additional charges such as import duties and taxes upon delivery of your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

 

 

Returns

We accept returns on our clothing items (except for innerwear such as underwear and bras). Please note the item must be returned to us within 16 days from the date the order was made. 

Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the wrong item was sent.

Refunds will be processed within 2-8 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.                                    Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the item(s), minus any shipping costs, offers and applicable taxes.
